How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the house?

We are a 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom house with plenty of room for 12.

The house includes 1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, and 2 twin beds (trundle). There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor.
How far from the beach is the house?

The house is the 7 th house from the beach and is a VERY short walk to the greatest sunsets.
Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we love our pets! Bring yours on vacation too.
Is there a pool?

Yes, there is a brand-new in-ground pool installed in 2024 with brand-new outdoor dining and seating recently completed.
What are some of your other amenities:
o Washer/dryer
o Beach chairs (at least 8), beach umbrellas (2) and beach buggy
o TV in each bedroom and both living rooms (upstairs and downstairs)
o Coffee maker (single pod and drip carafe)

Do you provide linens and towels?

No, we currently do not provide sheets or towels, however, if you are interested we can connect you to a local provider.

Is there a fee to use the beach?

There is no fee to use the local beach year round.
Are pets allowed on the beach?

Yes, in season before 11AM and after 4PM. There are no time restrictions before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
